Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are custom-made and processed as soon as possible. Depending on the product and the print provider (ShipBob, Printify, Printful, Contrado, or Printed Mint), processing times range from 3-7 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders begin processing within 24 hours after confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Times

  • We partner with several reputable print-on-demand services to fulfill and ship your items. As such, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected provider.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic Orders (USA): 5-15 business days
    • International Orders: 10-30 business days
  • Please note that shipping times do not include processing times.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the provider, product type, and shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: Occasionally, Dia-Log offers free shipping promotions that will be clearly indicated on the website and during the checkout process.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep an eye on your shipment's journey.
  • Tracking updates may vary depending on the print provider and shipping method used.

Custom Duties and Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Dia-Log is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to logistical restrictions.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While we strive to work with reliable shipping providers, Dia-Log is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost during transit, please reach out, and we will assist in filing a claim with the provider.
  • Wrong Address: Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. Dia-Log is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
